A five year warranty is offered on all our ‘Melt’ products from the date of dispatch.

A two year warranty is offered on all our ‘Rolled’ products from the date of dispatch.

The warranty claim will be deemed void or will not cover the following:

  • The products are contaminated or altered by a third party without prior written consent from Please Please Please.
  • If the goods are not used as intended or if Care and Maintenance guide is not adhered to.
  • General wear and tear or natural ageing/patina of the product.
  • Damage caused by spills such as solvents, dyes, ink, paint or bodily fluids.
  • Please Please Please will not be liable for any claims caused directly or indirectly by any event or matter beyond its control, including incidental, consequential or contingent damages suffered as a result of the use or assembly of the products or a breach of this warranty either written or implied.

Please Please Please will provide repair and make available parts or items free of charge at our discretion.

All repairs or replacements will be subject to production schedules at time of notification, clients will be advised on timing either by phone or by email.

Please Please Please must first be notified of a potential warranty claim in writing and then agree to acceptance prior to any goods being sent. Photos of goods in question must be submitted alongside the written notification documenting alleged fault or defects.

Upon receiving goods for inspection Please Please Please may request further information in order to assess validity of warranty claim. You will receive notification whether Please Please Please accepts or rejects your claim.

The warranty covers the cost involved in the repair but excludes any transport or freight costs associated with the claim.
 Please note you will need to supply proof of purchase and it is the consumer’s responsibility to cover any cost of delivery of goods back to Please Please Please unless expressly stated.

Reimbursement of the cost of shipping will be affected in the event that a fault is found with the product as stipulated in our warranty. To claim this, a delivery receipt will need to be provided by you to Please Please Please.
